- United Kingdom: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £50. For orders under £50, a flat rate of £3.99 applies.
- International Shipping: We currently ship to select countries. Shipping costs vary based on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
3. Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days within the UK
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (available at an additional cost)
- International Shipping: 7-14 business days

Return Policy
1. Our 30-Day Return Guarantee If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
2. How to Return an Item To initiate a return, please email us at returns@getrhythm.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- UK Returns: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- International Returns: Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
4. Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
5. Exchanges If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
